All shipping and handling rates we quote for shipping and handling are estimates based on the UPS shipping API. EmergencyLifeline.com does not add extra handling fees to the estimated UPS shipping quote. All shipping orders are subject to change, whether the actual shipping cost is more or less than quoted.
Emergencylifeline.com calculates most orders using a 26"x12"x12" box with a maximum weight of 30lbs. to alleviate oversized or overweight charges by UPS. Therefore, orders over 30lbs. will be divided by multiples of 30lbs. For example: if the total weight of your order is 65lbs., we calculate your shipping as 3 boxes. Two boxes will equal 30lbs. and one box will equal 5lbs. Not all orders may equally distribute weights between boxes and some items require oversized and overweight shipping charges do to the nature of the product. In which case, EmergencyLifeline.com will inform you of additional shipping charges at the time the order is shipped and picked up by UPS.
The quoted shipping and handling fees may be inadequate for large orders, in which case, we reserve the right to modify the shipping and handling fees. We will contact you before making those changes to your order.
