This kit was designed for minimum support for one person for three days. It includes items necessary for survival but does not include every item you might find necessary or desirable during an emergency. You are encouraged to carefully assess your specific personal needs and supplement the kit accordingly. Consider adding the following items: Critical medications, feminine hygiene supplies, pencil and tablet, additional plastic bags, extra clothing and particularly some comfortable shoes. This kit is packed in a sturdy backpack for hands-free mobility. There is room in the backpack for some additional supplies.
